Official transcripts/credential evaluations should be sent electronically directly by the issuing institution(s) to gradadmit@manhattan.edu.

Admission Requirements
- Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or institution acceptable to Manhattan University or from a recognized foreign institution, and should hold a bachelor's degree from an engineering program accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, Inc. The undergraduate degree should be in the same discipline in which applicant is seeking a master's degree. Applicants who possess a bachelor's degree in another engineering or STEM discipline may be required to take prerequisite courses for admission.
- Normally, an undergraduate GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale is required, although other factors are considered.

Graduate applications are submitted through a centralized application service (CAS) platform. You will need to create a user account to track your application submission. The following documents are required when submitting an application, in addition to a $75 non-refundable application fee.
- Online Application
- At least one letter of recommendation from an academic or professional source
- Undergraduate Transcript(s)
International Students
Transcripts
- All international applicants who were educated outside of the United States for their undergraduate and/or graduate degree must provide a course-by-course evaluation report (which should be inclusive of your official transcripts) provided by one of the agencies listed on the NACES website .
English Language Requirement
Non-native English speakers are required to demonstrate their English proficiency. This can be done in three ways:
- TOEFL (minimum 80)
- IELTS (minimum overall score - 6.5)
- Duolingo (minimum overall score - 110 out of 160)

- M.S. - Organizational Leadership (Online or On Campus Program) - 33 credits
- M.A. - School Counseling - 60 credits
- M.S. - Marriage and Family Therapy - 60 credits
- M.S. - Mental Health Counseling - 60 credits
- Advanced Certificate - School Counseling - 21 credits
- Advanced Certificate - Mental Health Counseling - 27 credits
Application Requirements
- Applicants for master's programs must hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or institution.
- Applicants for advanced certificates must hold a bachelor's and master's degree, both from accredited institutions.
- An undergraduate GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale is required, although other factors can be considered in the decision for admission.
- Graduate applications are submitted through a centralized application service (CAS) platform. You will need to create a user account to track your application submission.

- Undergraduate Transcript(s) – Unofficial transcripts can be used in order to make an admissions decision. Official college transcripts are required prior to enrollment.
- Personal Statement - Applicants are required to submit a statement that reflects program interest as well as personal and professional goals.
- At least one letter of recommendation from a professional reference.

International Students

If the primary language of your university or college program was English, you may qualify for a waiver.
- MBA program with concentrations
- MBA (online)
- 5-Year - Business B.S./MBA
Admission Requirements
Applicants applying to the full-time or part time MBA program with concentrations or the accelerated MBA (online) must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or institution.
- GPA: Applicants should generally have a cumulative GPA of a least 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale).
- Resume: The resume should include examples of academic, co-curricular and extracurricular achievement which can be used to assess personal qualities and ability to complete the program.
- Recommendations: Applicants must submit at least one letter of recommendation attesting to the applicant’s intellectual ability, leadership potential and ability to complete the program.
- No GMAT/GRE Required: The O’Malley School of Business does not require standardized test scores for admission . Applicants with a GPA below 3.0 may strengthen their application by submitting a GMAT/GRE score.

5-Year Program
- Students applying to the 5-Year - Business B.S./MBA programs are encouraged to do so during the summer prior to their senior year. This allows for flexibility in MBA course scheduling and gives the applicant time to remedy any deficiencies in their application. Applications from seniors will be accepted.
- No GMAT/GRE Required: The O’Malley School of Business does not require standardized test scores for admission. Applicants with a GPA below 3.0 may strengthen their application by submitting a GMAT/GRE score
